Minute Taking

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Minute Taker to ensure accurate documentation of meetings.
You will be responsible for attending meetings, taking detailed notes, and producing clear and concise minutes. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring that key decisions and actions are documented.
Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings and take comprehensive notes
• Prepare and distribute accurate and timely minutes
• Ensure minutes are clear, concise, and properly formatted
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Follow up on action items and decisions from meetings
• Assist with agenda preparation and meeting coordination as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Minute Taking or a similar administrative role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and minute-taking software
• Discretion and confidentiality
