We are currently looking for a passionate Bartender to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the Best Places to Work Hospitality 3 years in a row. Sitting consistently in the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food. What you will be doing?
Assist the bar team in organizing with the cleaning and setting up the bar and making sure that standards are maintained at all times
Prepare the bar service, ensuring that all bar equipment's are readily available for bartenders that are on duty
Regularly check the stock and the quality of the products that are used in the bar and keep a populate any tracker sheets
Delivering world class cocktails and trying new recipes
Keeping up to date with the menu and the latest cocktailmocktail trends
We are looking for someone who
Experience in Mixology and ability to make sophisticated cocktails
Fluent level of English and other languages are desirable!
Ability to consult and advice customer on cocktails
Practical bartending skills with shakers and beer taps
Creative skills in mixing and ability to come up with new recipes
