MIXOLOGIST

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.00 - 18.00

£40,000 PER ANNUM

People Solutions are looking for a Mixologist of our Client in Edinburgh.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Day to Day Duties

• You would spend a significant portion of your time developing and refining product recipes
• Experimenting with different flavours to find the correct combination
• Maintaining accurate records of recipes, ingredients, and production processes to ensure that every batch meets the company's high standards

Essential Skills

• Knowledge of flavour compounds, aroma profiles, and how different ingredients interact with each other
• Creativity is key to developing unique and innovative product flavours that stand out in the market
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential for overcoming challenges and finding effective solutions

Desirable Experience

• Experience working in a flavour development role is desirable
• Hands-on experience with mixing and blending ingredients
