Mobile A/C Engineer

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer-Dundee-Up to £38,500 DOE
CBW has a new opportunity for an AC qualified engineer to join a growing FM company on a permanent basis. This is on a mobile basis across the Dundee/surrounding areas. You must have previous commercial maintenance experience and hold a full clean driving license. You will be carrying out both AC and chiller work as well as small installations. Below are all of the details on this position:
Responsibilities:
- PPM & Reactive maintenance
- Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
- Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
- Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
- Extensive building services knowledge
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
- Fgas 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces
- On-Call Rota.
- Good verbal and written communication is important, including the ability to use a mobile device.
- Self motivated and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
- Full Drivers License
