Location: Berkshire
Salary: £43,000 Plus Overtime
Hours – Days Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM

PRS is currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover a number of Commercial Office Buildings in Slough and Middlesex. As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will undertake the maintenance and repair of Air Conditioning equipment including service, maintenance and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000, a company vehicle, and a fuel card.

Duties:

• Ensuring compliance is carried out with health and safety regulations, risk assessments, COSHH etc.
• To undertake AC, AHU & other various mechanical PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk with relevant SLA’s
• To ensure that equipment operates to a specified performance criteria
• To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
• To take pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.
• To be fully aware of contractual requirements and customer needs at all times
• To provide asset information updates as part of PPM process
• To assist with access for our subcontractor servicing, callouts and repairs
• Commercial PPM reactive maintenance under contractual SLA
• HVAC Plants

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air-conditioning and refrigeration
• Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background
• Experience with VRV's, VRF's, chillers, Air handling units
• F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
• Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge
• Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
