This company are leading the way for workspace software and technologies. With a global client base they are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Mobile App Development team of this expanding and growing international company.
In this role you will lead by example directing the Mobile App team to success as you engage in market research, insight & analysis, product strategy, product performance, stakeholder communication and market analysis. Leading all of these duties you will aim to get the team and Mobile App itself performing at its optimum whilst building personal and professional relationships with B2C and B2B clients, working out their requirements and building Mobile Apps for end user satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Product Manager from a SaaS/Software/IT industry background. You will need to have excellent team leadership skills working with teams on a global basis and previous experience of working on a Mobile Apps from design through to conception and end-user usage. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to think on your feet working in a fast paced environment with peers and colleagues on an international level. Experience working in a B2B and B2C environment will make you a great fit for this role.

The Role:

• Lead the Mobile App team by example, fostering success through market research, insight & analysis, and product strategy.
• Oversee product performance, stakeholder communication, and market analysis to drive optimal outcomes.
• Cultivate personal and professional relationships with both B2C and B2B clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the team to build Mobile Apps that satisfy end-user needs.
• Drive the team and Mobile App towards peak performance while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Engage in comprehensive market research to inform strategic decision-making and optimize product performance.

The Person:

• Experienced Product Manager from SaaS/Software/IT industry background preferred.
• Strong team leadership skills with a global team collaboration experience.
• Previous involvement in Mobile App projects from design inception to end-user usage.
• Excellent communication abilities crucial, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in navigating international collaborations with peers and colleagues.
• Desired experience in both B2B and B2C environments for optimal fit.
• Ability to think quickly on your feet essential for success in this role.
