Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering an area around Dorking and Guildford (no London work)

Duration: Permanent

Salary: up to £40,000 with travel time, overtime, van and bonus

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer for a full time permanent position covering a small region.

This position will be dealing with mechanical and electrical planned and reactive maintenance across a small region. Dealing with sites that will include Schools, Offices, University as well as other commercial sites

The right person for this position will already have a strong Building Services maintenance background. They will be highly experienced working on ahu's, fan coil, lighting, electrical works, plant room maintenance, hot and cold water as well as on site compliance

This is a mobile position so we do require a full UK driving licence and a minimum of a level 2 Building Services qualification.

Requirements

• Strong working background in commercial Building Services maintenance
• Based in a short commutable location to Dorking or Guilford
• Holding a level 2 Building Services qualification (mechanical or electrical)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
