About The Role
Responsible for the operations of the Cleaning Team, delivering excellent customer service by ensuring all requests from users within the Haberdasher sites are executed in a timely, accurate and professional manner all within the agreed service level requirements. Being data driven to better identify operational failures. Using data to ensure a higher quality of service. To support the Contract Domestic Manager to develop and evolve policies, systems, and protocols to maximise the utilisation of the physical resources across the sites.
Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role
- Ensure flexible, suitable, and safe manning levels are maintained across all shifts to ensure service meets its contractual requirement.
- Maintain Time and Attendance system, rosta and shift management; actioning all system arbitration.
- Ensure that all comments/complaints are fully investigated, and findings reported to the Contract Domestic Manager in a timely manner.
- Manage the Health, Safety and Welfare of the OCS team across sites. Including but not limited to COSHH compliance, PAT Testing compliance, Safe Site Inspections.
Professional Qualifications required for the job-(particularly for compliance purposes or technical requirements of the role)
- Managerial experience in a team of 20 people or over
- Good PC skills with full Microsoft office knowledge
- Experience working across multiple sites (Desirable)
- Proven experience of improving team performance
- Cleaning experience within an educational setting (Desirable)
