Norse Catering are currently recruiting for Mobile Cook Managers to join our team delivering exceptional service to our clients ensuring that mealtimes are something to look forward to.
This is a mobile role* where you will provide flexible cover to our clients across Norfolk on a part-time basis.
Main Responsibilities will include:
As Mobile Cook Manager you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating catering processes including overseeing; hygiene, health & safety, employees, cleaning and waste control alongside;
- Designing and implementing menus focused on utilising locally sourced and healthy produce
- Managing and guiding the catering team in preparing, cooking and presenting food to the highest standard, taking a ‘hands on’ approach
- Deputising in the absence of the Cook Manager when required
- Ensuring that best food practices and hygiene procedures are adhered to
- Contributing to high levels of customer service
Ideal Skills and Experience:
You will have previous experience within a customer focussed role within a catering environment delivering an excellent service whilst also demonstrating:
- Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Proven record in managing a team
- Ability to make quick decisions and respond to changes in requirements at short notice to ensure client speciation’s are met
- Great communication skills
- Hold a full driving licence due to travel requirements of the role
