Salary My client is a private company who look after the maintenance of high end residential building for high end residential clients sites based in Central London you will join a positive and can do attitude team who have had longevity and a full career with them. They also have properties in Paris, that you may on occasion be send to work all expenses paid.
You will be provided with a van , fuel card, 25 days holiday, good overtime scope and occasional travel to Paris, Gloucester, and Newmarket.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of engineers on a static site in a luxrury High End Residential environment. The ideal candidate will be Electrically qualified (Level 3) and experienced within building services.

Duties & Responsibilities
PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance.
Electrical Fault-Finding
AHUs / FCUs
Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes
Emergency light testing
Power distribution
Small works - new sockets, new lights, new circuits, PAT testing
General building maintenance
Fire Alarm testing

City & Guilds Electrical Qualification

Experience working within a client-facing
