Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer-Sheffield-Up to £40,000 DOE

CBW has a new opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an FM company on a permanent basis. This role will be predominantly based in the Sheffield area. You must have previous commercial maintenance experience (PPM/remedials, basic plumbing etc) and have your 18th edition qualification. Below are more details on this vacancy.
Key responsibilities:
- Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs. This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified. You will be required to attend to reactive calls and ensure top quality work at all times.
- Providing a high level of customer service to a portfolio of clients
- Lighting (small installations, fault finding, lamping etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control panels
- PAT testing
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor
- Maintain and update log books
Person specification:
- Level 3 and 18th Edition qualified
- Must be experienced in building services engineering
- Some Mechanical knowledge would be preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work on own initiative
