Job Title: Mobile Service Engineer - Trend System Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Trend System Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Trend system to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize the systems of our clients.

2. IQ2 to IQ4 Upgrades: Lead the upgrade process from IQ2 to IQ4, ensuring a smooth transition for our clients. This includes assessing current systems, planning upgrades, and implementing changes with minimal disruption.

3. Mobile Service: Be ready to hit the road to provide on-site support for our clients. Your mobile service skills will be crucial in delivering prompt and efficient solutions.

4. Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.

5. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all service activities, upgrades, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes for future reference.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Mobile Service Engineer with a minimum of 2 years in service engineering, with a focus on the Trend system.

2. Expertise in upgrading systems, particularly transitioning from IQ2 to IQ4.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.

4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and team members.

5. Flexibility and willingness to travel to client locations for on-site support.

6. Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in mobile service engineering.

7. Relevant certifications in mobile service engineering or the Trend system would be advantageous.
