The Role:

• Carrying out repair and maintenance work on commercial buildings
• Mobile role covering a regional patch
• Ongoing training and progression

The Candidate:

• Maintenance/repair experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in one of the following trades:
  • Carpentry
  • Brickwork
  • Roofing
  • Plastering
  • Mechanical
  • Plumbing
  • Building Fabric
