Mobile Fabric Technician

Job title: Mobile Fabric Technician
Start Date: ASAP
End date: 3 months but permanent vacancy for the right person
Location: Covering the south west ( Southampton to Truro)
Pay Rate: PAYE or Umbrella/CIS
Duites:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on building fabric, such as doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, etc.
Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating works as required
Repair and replace fixtures and fittings, such as locks, hinges, handles, etc.
Respond to and resolve customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Use and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and proper way
Keep accurate records of work done and materials used via PDA and CMMS systems and applications
Work in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Liaise with other contractors and suppliers as needed
Provide technical advice and support to other team member
NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Building Maintenance or equivalent
inimum 3 year post qualification experience or 3 years site-based experience in a similar environment
Experience in fabric maintenance and building services
Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating skills to an acceptable standard in accordance with Client policies and style guides
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to different sitesCandidate will need to be able to pass DBS and full clean driving license
