Build Recruitment are currently seeking a Mobile Handyperson or Multi Trade Operative for a temp-to-perm position, based in East London.
This position will provide a van, fuel card and PDA, and is required to cover Dagenham and surrounding areas (5 mile radius)
Responsibilities of the Mobile Handyperson:
- Providing building fabric maintenance expertise across several clients, mostly within Public Buildings Undertaking minor and major building repair works under the following trades:
- Painting and Decorating
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
About you as the Mobile Handyperson:
- Experienced in a variety of maintenance trades such as plumbing, carpentry, brickwork repairs, painting, and decorating
- Recognized qualifications in relevant trades
- Well-versed in building regulations and safety standards
- Organized, punctual, and dependable
- Possession of a full, clean UK Driving Licence (essential)
