Randstad C&P are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Mobile Maintenance Assistant to join our team and provide support in the maintenance and upkeep of various sites across Aberdeen and surrounding areas. As a Mobile Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and presentation of our clients' facilities.
This is a full-time, permanent position and the main working hours will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out non-technical planned and reactive maintenance works including, building fabric, car parks, plumbing and drainage, and basic support to HVAC.
- Prioritize and complete planned preventative maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
- Carry out basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing and joinery tasks within a commercial environment.
- Identify non-repairable issues and promptly advise of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable alternatives.
- Carry out minor alterations and installations within the individual's.
- Carry out all tasks in accordance with specific SLA's.
Candidate Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in General Building repairs
- Ability to maintain a range of buildings to recognised standards
- Competent with Apple / Android smartphone technology
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
