Position Overview: As a Building Maintenance Electrician, you will play a key role in ensuring the electrical systems of various facilities are operating efficiently. This is a mobile role that involves traveling to multiple sites to conduct maintenance, inspections, and repairs. If you are a proactive and hands-on electrician with a passion for ensuring the reliability and safety of electrical systems, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems across multiple sites.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in buildings and facilities.
3. Perform repairs and replacements of electrical components, wiring, and fixtures.
4. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
5. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address broader facility maintenance needs.
6. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and documentation.
7. Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in after-hours maintenance activities as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Building Maintenance Electrician.
2. Electrical qualification essential
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
4. Ability to work independently and in a mobile role across multiple sites.
5. Relevant electrical certifications or a degree in Electrical Engineering.
6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Valid drivers license
