Mobile Maintenance Electrician

We are recruiting for a multi skilled Maintenance Electrician based in the West Yorkshire of Sheffield areas covering the maintenance of several estate contracts across region (M62/M1).

The role is a permanent position paying basic circa 37k with increase after probation.

Mon-Fri 40 hours per week

0.5 each way

Plenty of overtime (paid at x1.5 / x2.0)

On-call TBC

25 days holiday plus stat.

Van with personal use

Maintenance Electrician Duties:

Completing PPM and reactive maintenance to:

Electrical systems

Lighting and emergency lighting

Controls and BMS

Basic Plumbing maintenance

AHU/fan coil upkeep

Fabric duties

Checks and compliance duties including water/tap temps etc.

Small works installation

Emergency repairs

All ad- hoc maintenance tasks
