Form of workRandstad construction and property is looking for a mobile electrician to be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance and repairs across multiple site locations covering the Cheshire Area. This diverse role for a leading Facilities management firm will include maintaining mechanical and electrical systems, lighting, building fabric, water services, and other electrical equipment.
Day to Day
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance and order spare parts for planned and reactive repairsSupervise and coach Maintenance Assistant in line with company processes.Conduct emergency lighting tests and repairs .Respond to service call requests, assess job requirements, and carry out repairsIdentify non-repairable faults and escalate to Regional Engineering SupervisorBe the first response for Fire and Security/HVAC/electrical issuesTo participate in an Out of Hours standby rota (1 week in 4)

Qualifications
