Home based role covering a local patch, ideally located: Dageham, Rainham, Upminster, Barking, Brentwood, Romford, Hornchurch.
Are you a Maintenance Technician with Commercial / Facilities experience, looking for an interesting and varied role where you can increase your earnings through overtime and bonus?

This position would suit a Maintenance Technician from a facilities, commercial or industrial background looking for training and development opportunities.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday days based role.
- Carrying out facilities maintenance.
- Chance to increase earnings through overtime and bonus.
- 1 in 4 on call - Mon-Fri.
The Candidate:
- M & E Engineer.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regs.
- Facilities / Commercial maintenance background.
- Looking for training and progression.
