We are looking for an Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC bias, will be responsible for:
- Delivering to the highest level of service for the client.
- Answering queries, overseeing planned PPM/compliance works.
- Keeping the client informed of site activities.
- Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
- Completing all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours.
- Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.
To be successful for this Mobile MultiSkilled Engineer - HVAC bias role you must have:
- City & Guilds level with experience within a maintenance / facilities management environment.
- Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance.
- Carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
- Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment, work at heights.
- Available to join a call out rota.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
