```Duties:```
- Diagnose and repair Mobile Phones and other electronic devices
- Perform software updates and troubleshooting
- Replace damaged parts, such as screens, batteries, and charging ports
- Test repaired devices to ensure functionality
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
```Requirements:```
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Phone Repair techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with Mobile Phone schematics and diagrams
- Experience in equipment repair, preferably in the Mobile Phone industry
- Proficiency in computer hardware and networking
- Ability to use hand tools and specialized equipment for repairs
- Mechanical knowledge for disassembling and reassembling devices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers
