Repairing and replacing cosmetics to perform the following.Functional Testing, Fault Diagnosis, Cleaning, Software Flashing, Software Calibration & Cosmetic ReconditioningReplace individual parts that do not require soldering. e.g. replacing a screen assembly by disconnecting the flex connector, replacing adhesiveKey Skills:
Commercial Experience of working in a repair environmentknowledgeable in analog, digital and radio frequency disciplinesGSCE or GED level educationStrong attention to detailPC literate - Previous experience of data entryConduct root case failure analysis and troubleshooting on suspected defective devicesPerforms electromechanical assembly using hand and electric toolsPerforms component level and board repairsIdentify and report root cause deficienciesIdentify and report routine process deficienciesTest, repair and program devicesWork with care and urgency in order to meet production goalsParticipate in continuous improvement and team-building activitiesRefer to and follow Standard Operating Procedures to perform the job dutiesBenefits & Training
