Our Client, a well respected company based in Leeds are looking for a Mobile Plant Fitter to join their successful team. As a Plant Fitter / Mechanic, you will be fully qualified and have experience working on a range of mobile Plant ranging from Trucks, Loaders and Compactors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of Mobile Plant equipment such as trucks, loaders, and compactors.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and efficient solutions.
• Perform planned maintenance activities to prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repair tasks.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure equipment availability and reliability.
• Comply with safety procedures and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter in a similar industry.
• Knowledge of heavy Mobile Plant machinery and their maintenance requirements.
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Plant Fitter / Mechanic or HGV Tech / Engineer with experience working on Plant machinery.
