My Client, a Digital Technology Firm is looking for a Mobile Customer Support Engineer, based in Mallusk, Belfast
Responsibilities:-
To ensure that the customer site in the area to which you are assigned is operational to the Company's contractual obligations.
Provide structured customer training.
Submit paperwork in accordance with company and Customers guidelines.
Preventive maintenance
Corrective maintenance
Maintain site stock
Maintain documentation
Skills required:-
Specific product training BPS M5/M7, C1, BPS C4, C2, C5, X8, Laurel Note counters, Erapa equipment (as appropriate) - Datacard products, Bowe Systec, Canon Printers
Engineering apprenticeship
Electrical apprenticeship
