Role:
As a Mobile Support Technician, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of a fleet of state-of-the-art buses. You will be the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of each vehicle. Your day-to-day tasks will involve on-site repairs, routine maintenance, and providing technical advice to both colleagues and clients.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to vehicle operations.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and software updates on hydrogen and electric vehicles to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders on hydrogen and electric vehicle technologies, maintenance best practices, and safety protocols.
  • Document all service activities, including diagnostic findings, repair procedures, and parts usage, accurately and comprehensively.
  • Perform Planned maintenance checks.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards while performing service activities


Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in hydrogen and electric vehicle systems is essential
- A strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related technical field are highly desirable
