Mobile Tail Lift Engineer (South West)

are a long established ISO9001 Company offering Nationwide Shutter, Winch and Curtain Repairs and our core activity is Tail Lift Servicing, Thorough inspections, weight testing and repairs.

We currently wish to recruit a Mobile Tail Lift Engineer – which will home Based in the southwest of England.

The successful applicant would become part of our Nationwide Team and will be supplied with a Uniform, Mobile Phone and Tablet and all necessary (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment. A 3.5 tonne service van is supplied, and it is only necessary for the applicant to supply their own tool kit.

Working as part of a team the duties would include repair and service of the above-mentioned equipment plus some small commercial vehicle body repairs. Under the Control of our Head Office at West Thurrock in Essex where our call centre is based.

Basic engineering principles skills including welding are required, including Tail Lift fault-finding are important, along with some knowledge of vehicle electrics and hydraulics, experience in the Tail Lift Industry would be an advantage but Training would be provided. A current driving licence is essential for this role.

Basic Working Hours Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00hrs

Overtime is available typically evenings and Saturday mornings

Starting Basic Salary will be from £35,000 per annum a with the potential to earn £40,000 to £50,000 which includes overtime and incentives.
