Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now need for a Mobile Water Technician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a Mobile Water technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mobile Water Technician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Mobile Water Technician, will be responsible for:
- Legionella maintenance PPMs
- Remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, minor plumbing, and electro / mechanical tasks to meet clients' requirements.
- You should be capable of maintaining customers' waterlog books
- Completing the necessary documentation according to current guidelines and company policy.
- You must conduct a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with company procedures.
- Carry out water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
- Testing, servicing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves along with basic plumbing works where required.
To be successful for this Mobile Water Technician role you must have:
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Hygiene Treatment.
- You will have a full current driving licence and have basic IT skills (Microsoft package).
- You must have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Knowledge and experience in maintaining water systems are desirable.
