SalaryThe ONE Group work closely with a fabulous organisation in Cambridge. Within the last 18 months or so, they've seen huge growth, which enabled a relocation to brand new, purpose-built offices and lab/cleanroom facilities.
They are looking for a Project Manager with an epitaxy background to manage GaN epitaxy development projects with external partners on new and existing projects.
Working as part of the Product team, your role will be on site at their fabulous new Cambridge based facility, although there will be some flexibility over remote working and hours.
The ideal candidate will have a background in MOCVD growth of GaN LED structures and you will have perhaps then worked as an integration engineer or Project Manager in industry.
Other requirements of the role are:
- Master's degree in Materials, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Sound background knowledge on GaN materials and LED devices
- Hands on experience in MOCVD growth of nitrides
- Good project management and communication skills
- Product development experience, within semiconductor devices
- Excellent Data Analysis skills, working within large datasets
- Physics based modelling experience
- Experience in GaN-on-Si epitaxy is a plus
