Key Responsibilities:
New Sign Management: Liaise with Mother Agents and Models to gather essential materials for new signs, including personal information, images, videos, and contract details.
Scheduling: Schedule initial meetings with new-sign models, whether in-person or via Zoom, and maintain an organized meetings calendar.
Social Media Management: Take charge of managing social media platforms according to specific guidelines.
Portfolio Creation: Create stunning Model Books and Cards to showcase talent.
Content Management: Collect, resize, and upload images and videos to our back office and update Model Portfolios with new material when received.
Print and Order: Ensure that books are printed for models requiring them and that Cards are ordered when necessary.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Photography: Capture model polaroids when required.
Walk-Ins: Greet and assist walk-in applicants as needed.
Meetings: Conduct initial welcome meetings for new-sign models, whether in-person or via Zoom.
Job Description:
As a Model Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our agency's success. Your primary duties involve curating and maintaining model portfolios, facilitating the integration of new models into the agency, and managing the social media presence. You'll also contribute to daily agency tasks, such as taking model polaroids, assisting walk-in applicants, and hosting welcome meetings for new models.

Office Experience: Approximately 2 years of office or similar experience.
