MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.00 16.30 

£12.50 PER HOUR BASIC / £18.75 PER HOUR OVERTIME AFTER 40 HOURS WORKED

People Solutions are looking for a Modular Construction Installer for our Client based in Birmingham.

Our Client is a family company and one of the premier providers of high security construction solutions in the UK today.

You will need to pass an enhanced DBS Check and Security Clearance for this position.

• Travelling time is also paid from the Factory to and from the project sites

Day to Day Duties

• The successful candidate will work across the UK on projects that vary in size from a few days to a few months, and from a small box to a large building
• Will involve working away from home and transport to sites from our base in Redditch is provided, along with a good standard of accommodation while working at any location greater than 50 miles away from the site
• The position involves various construction operations, these include the installation of Modular steel faced insulated panels, along with the fitting and finishing of multiple types of trims, fixing angles, channels, and sealants
• Working from, using and operating Mobile Platforms so IPAF 3A and 3B is essential

Essential Skills

• The successful candidate will need standard construction training certification and this will include a CSCS card and IPAF Certification 3A and 3B for mobile platforms
• A clean UK driving license 
• The position would suit someone with food industry panel, cladding or Modular Construction experience, but anyone with transferable construction skills would be considered.
• Must pass Secruity Clearance which will include an enhanced DBS Check due to the nature of the projects involving Government, MOD or List X Premises

Desirable Experience

While not a requirement, other certification that would be an advantage includes CPCS A16 Counter Balanced Forklift, CPCS A17 Telehandler and CPCS A77 Telehandler with 360 slew
