Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality results in molecular biology techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, NGS) and additional methods (flow cytometry, ELISA, cell-based assays).
- Independently plan, execute, and interpret analytical tasks for batch release, stability, method validation, and development.
- Handle various biopharmaceuticals and adapt to new techniques.
- Collaborate with teams to solve problems and maintain commercial awareness.
- Build effective relationships for information exchange.
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Biology/Chemistry or related discipline.
- Essential qPCR experience; GMP understanding desirable.
- Proficiency in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, or ELISA advantageous.
- Self-motivated, strong problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures, laboratory standards, and quality systems.
