Role Overview:
As a Montessori Teacher with us, you will have the unique opportunity to inspire and guide young learners. You'll embrace the Montessori Philosophy and incorporate it into your daily teaching, while also aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). They are looking for a motivated individual who is sensitive, flexible, enthusiastic, and reliable, capable of leading and inspiring the team through exemplary practice.
The role is Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Lead by example, fostering a positive team spirit among practitioners and assistants.
Demonstrate dedication to ongoing professional growth and development.
Cultivate a love for the outdoors and nature in your teaching.

Requirements:
Hold a full and relevant Montessori qualification, such as a Montessori Diploma Level 3 or Montessori Early Years Degree.
Possess a minimum of 1 year of previous experience within a Montessori nursery/school.
Exhibit excellent written and spoken English skills, with strong communication abilities.
Be prepared to undergo a clear DBS check.
Provide two references from previous employers.
