Morning Cleaner

EQUANS is looking for a Morning Cleaner to join our team in A&S Police, Ashmead Road, BS31 1HJ on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 16 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £8,669.44 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 6am until 10am

What will you deliver?

• To provide and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors to Avon & Somerset Police PFI Buildings.
• Clean and maintain all areas to standards required to meet the Authority requirements
• To carry out all allocated cleaning activities to the specification completely, safely and within the required timescales
• Replenishment of kitchen & washroom consumables as required

Who are we looking for?

• Flexibility - able to work additional and sometime unsociable hours if and when required.
• PFI contract knowledge preferable
• BICs trained
• Experience of working within a Facilities Management environment.
• A team player with the ability to work alone when necessary
• Ability to manage own workload and their own working hours
