AddressEarly riser full time position in Lewes for a reliable and responsible individual setting up the cafe daily and working Front Of House serving customers, setting up displays and assisting in all areas of the cafe.
Starting at 7:30am you will be the first in the cafe, turning on all equipment (coffee machine, boilers, ovens, display fridges etc) and baking off breads and pastries for the morning, checking and unpacking deliveries as they arrive. Then, straight out to setting up the outside furniture lifting tables, chairs, fences and plants into position ready for the day.
Following the Set Up you will be working Front Of House, setting up the display fridges and serving customers for eat in and take away coffees and other drinks, starting the full menu when the rest of the team arrives from 9am.
Full training provided in all areas of the job, experience beneficial in customer service and hot drinks preparation.

Thursday 7:30-3:30
Sunday 8:30-5
