Mortgage Administrator

On behalf of our client we are looking to recruit a Mortgage Administrator to join their busy, growing team based in Eccles

This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator that might have working in Financial Services although not essential to build a career in Financial Services and Lending

Salary £23-26k - hours 9.30 - 5pm Monday - Friday (can be adjusted to suit the right candidate)

Role Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and third parties on a daily basis - chasing documentation,
• Act as the first point of contact for queries from clients, lenders and solicitors
• Progress mortgages and commercial finance applications the lending process
• Ensure all case files are complete and compliant
• Raising any issues or red flags with management
• Updating and maintaining file and file notes while in pipeline
• General administrative duties

Required Experience

• Strong Administrative background, experience of mortgage administration or other financial services background
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisation and administration skills
• Attention to detail, methodical and thorough and able to use their own initiative
• Ability to prioritise and multitask.
• Can work quickly to tight deadlines
