Our client is looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team.
In your role as a Mortgage Administrator, you will be focused on progressing cases by working closely with their Advisers and working independently. You will sit down each week to run through cases with your Advisers and identify key actions that need to be undertaken. Your responsibilities will include:
- Submitting applications to the mortgage lenders and protection providers as required
- Updating clients throughout their mortgage application and being a point of contact for queries
- Chasing lenders, solicitors and other third parties for updates
- Keeping their CRM system up to date
- Ensuring their CRM system is updated
- Booking appointments for new and existing clients
- Updating the company social media page
Mortgage Administrator Requirements
- You should have ideally 2+ years' experience as a Mortgage Administrator
- You should have a professional approach to your work and take pride in what you do
- Experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
Mortgage Administrator Benefits
- Salary of £21,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Office based role
