Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an employed Mortgage Adviser to join a dynamic firm based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
This firm has an abundance of clients to service, so is looking for a fast-paced adviser. They are also open to trainee advisers, provided CeMAP has been obtained.
Benefits:
- Starting salary of £27,000, increasing to £30,000 after probation
- Bonus of 15% of everything (all commissions and broker fees) over £5k monthly
- Hybrid working (only office day is Monday, work from home rest of the week)
- Nest pension
- All leads provided
Skills and experience required:
- CeMAP or equivalent (essential)
- Ideally 2+ years’ mortgage advice experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
