It is a newly created role, for a well-established and quality focused Mortgage Advice business with a strong reputation in the local area.

Offering a unique opportunity to be a self-employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser, with generous commission splits and a source of high-quality leads to be capitalised upon, alongside developing your own business development strategy. Additionally, your network fees will be covered allowing you to really maximise your earning potential.

What’s involved in the role:

• You will be generating client enquiries via a range of sources and will be responsible for managing the subsequent customer journey end to end.
• You will be responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business.
• Ensuring the most effective and advice process, striving to exceed customer expectations at all times.
• Following up on leads promptly and maximising opportunities to convert referrals.
• You will benefit from both flexible working options and ongoing training and development.
• You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value a quality service.
• You will be provided with some leads from an existing client base and will also be supported to undertake pro-active business development and advertising to generate your own leads.
• You will have access to whole of market mortgage advice and will be responsible for cases from start to finish.

This opportunity will suit a pro-active who is able to build lasting relationships based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently.

We can consider experienced Mortgage Advisers at all levels, and you will receive a generous share of commission and will have earning potential that is totally uncapped.
