As a mortgage advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-tier mortgage advice to clients both face-to-face and remotely. Supported by an efficient in-house case processing team, you’ll be able to focus on delivering personalised, high-quality advice from the initial consultation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle underwriting inquiries, resolving issues and making preliminary decisions.
• Evaluate mortgage applications from diverse lenders.
• Meet and exceed departmental SLAs and targets.
• Complete all regulatory documentation promptly.
• Adhere to network regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on financial services industry developments and new mortgage products.
• Promote company values and brand effectively.
• Attend internal and external meetings as required.

About You:

• Committed to integrating Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles into your work.
• Whole of Market mortgage experience is desirable but not essential.
• CeMAP qualification required.
• Efficient in managing pipelines and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, hardworking, flexible, and a team player.
• Skilled in providing high-quality, professional, independent mortgage advice.
• Proficient in analyzing credit reports and understanding customer credit profiles.
• Capable of delivering mortgage advice both face-to-face and remotely.
