We are recruiting for a leading financial services firm dedicated to providing tailored mortgage and protection solutions to their clients. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional service and expert advice.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a firm in East Finchley. This role will be initially office-based with the potential for hybrid working post-probation. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with provided leads and nurture relationships with three estate agent branches to unlock their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with estate agent branches to generate leads and referrals.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process from start to finish.
• Stay up-to-date on mortgage and protection regulations and market trends.

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Preferably some advising experience.
• Understanding of mortgage and protection products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction.

Benefits:

• Offered on an employed or self employed basis
• Competitive basic salary: £25,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience) with Commission structure.
• Upfront support packages may be available and generous commission structure if choosing a self employed basis.
