About the role:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of our team, supporting our vision by being a trusted advisor to help navigate our clients towards achieving their homeownership goals. You'll use your expert knowledge of the mortgage process, to analyse client needs, identify the most suitable mortgage product, facilitate a seamless application process, and ensure our customers receive the best possible outcome. Key responsibilities:
- Perform all mortgage adviser duties to a high level of accuracy, maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, becoming a key part of our clients' property ownership journeys.
- Make appropriate decisions based on established criteria, ensuring a smooth operation of the mortgage application process.
- Work with the business compliance function to ensure excellent standards are upheld.
Who you are:
- You will be CeMap qualified and have a proven track record of giving mortgage advice.
- You are organised, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
- You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- £30,000 per year basic + commission + quarterly bonus
