Mortgage Advisor

Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) are a nationally recognised mortgage broker and network, winners of over 200 awards in the past 5 years and continually growing.

We are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisers to provide exceptional levels of advice and customer service to work with our award winning, market leading business partners in the LIVERPOOL and surrounding area!

Experience in the role and a passion for providing exceptional customer service is a must. The successful candidates must be fully CeMAP qualified and have experience in providing face-to-face client mortgage and protection advice.

The business will have a city based office and pre-qualified leads will be generated and booked as appointments straight into your diary! They envisage 30- 40 pre-qualified leads per month will be available so there is a fantastic opportunity to write serious levels of business!

You will:

• Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
• Have a minimum of 2 years face to face mortgage and protection experience
• Be enthusiastic, focused and ambitious
• Be focused on achieving challenging sales targets by using your knowledge and experience to recommend products based on client budget and requirements
• Be highly confident in providing protection advice to compliment the mortgage and maximise case size
• Have a demonstrated track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage and protection sector
• Work in a consistent and compliant manner to FCA standards
• Available to work evenings and weekends to offer customers appointments to suit their needs
• Have a proactive attitude to continuous learning and development
• Receive full training on the business sales process and systems used
• Be fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent to offer mortgage & protection advice
