Title: Mortgage Advisor

Salary: £32k basic + 40% commission

Location: Thame, Oxfordshire

We are working with a small, friendly mortgage brokerage based in Thame and they're looking to grow their team and take on another Mortgage Advisor. They have a great local reputation and they're offering a competitive package with the figures and leads to back it up, so you can earn great money here.

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Work alongside their case management team to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.
• Ensure all of your work is completed to high standards and is compliant.

Requirements to become a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified
• At least 12 months experience as a Mortgage Advisor, ideally from a whole-of-market
• Have achieved competent advisor status (CAS)
• Have an exceptional telephone manner.
