Our client are looking for a high quality Mortgage Adviser with a minimum of 18 months experienceand a proven track record of knowledge and performance to service our some 3,500+ client bank as well as our growing network of introducers and ambitious growth plans..
This position is 100% Office Based
Mon – Fri 09:00am- 05:00pm with some flexibility on start and finish times.
You’ll work alongside the company’s existing advisers and be supported by and work closely with a team of Experienced Administrators so you can do what you do best, including ensuring clients are fully aware of their protection insurance options. The administrators' role is to efficiently manage, process and finalise your clients’ mortgage applications so you don't have to.
You'll be provided with all the necessary support, hardware, tools and licences for your advising, including access to their high spec CRM and Primis' panel of circa 90 lenders and 15 protection providers.
With a strong understanding of and compliance with Consumer Duty, you'll provide our clients with a high standard of unbiased, informative, knowledgeable advice and inform them of their most suitable options based on their individual needs and circumstances, as well as making sure the client is informed of and aware of our other services including protection insurance, general insurance, estate planning and initiating referrals to our partners for conveyancing and surveying quotes.
The right candidate will be expected to have researched and familiarised themselves with the company via our website and our social media channels. They'll work according to the professional standards and policies of the business, whilst exhibiting the company’s shared values and company goals within your work.
The role and the business are built around positive customer outcomes so it’s essential the candidate can present themselves well to internal and external clients, face-to-face, over the phone and in writing.
You’ll need to be confident, ambitious and self-motivated with an ability to learn on the job, absorb information, generate new business, problem solve and process your cases in a clear and timely manner. The role can be fast paced and varied, and you’ll be expected daily to meet multiple deadlines, so attention to detail and an ability to multi-task is key.

Salary:
Realistic earnings of 65K within less than 24 months (without self-generating & inclusive of Salary & Bonus)
£28K Basic. OTE of 65K-100K.
