About the role:
- Provide advice on whole of market mortgage and protection products.
- Be proactive in managing your customer pipeline and be available to help clients from start to finish through the application process.
- Collaborate with their Mortgage Administration team for the smooth completion of cases and work with Managers to support applications.
- Attend networking events, liaise with professional connections, and develop marketing opportunities to grow your own client bank.
- Provide a first-class review service for their existing clients.
- Performance-driven mindset, with the flexibility and willingness to engage with clients as and when they wish.
- Provide top-class customer service, going above and beyond for your clients.
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, office based.
Essential:
- CeMAP qualified
- 1 year experience
