The Mortgage brokerage has an abundance of introducers, employee benefits account partnerships and long-established relationships with multiple local estate agencies, securing a vast supply of new clients on a consistent basis.
To assist you, you’ll receive qualified booked in calls with your clients, and all the post submission administration support to ensure you are able to focus your time on providing outstanding mortgage advice to your clients.
Mortgage Advisor Role
As the Mortgage Advisor for the Brokerage, you should have a broad knowledge of the mortgage industry and whole of market mortgage advice, working between the Telford and Wellington offices.
The customer service team will provide with qualified and pre-arranged appointments, referred directly from brokerages Estate Agency partnerships & established introducers.
It will be your responsibility to advise clients, helping them secure suitable mortgage products that is tailored to their needs and financial circumstances. Once the mortgage has been submitted, the Administration team will finalise the case and see it through to completion for you.
The Mortgage Advisor Package
- Office based: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and alternate Saturday minimum (day off in lieu)
- Tech to work from home if you have later appointments with clients
- Basic Salary £25k - £30k
- Up to 15% Commission
