The Mortgage Advisor Role
The brokerage has been operating a four-day working week successfully for almost three years now.
As the Mortgage Advisor for the brokerage, you’ll be provided with a variety of residential and buy to let mortgage enquiries from an established network of introducers.
You’ll have an administration team that will qualify clients and book in appointments, as well as supporting you with administration post application. As a Mortgage only role, your protection cases will be referred to the in-house protection team, with a 10% kickback for every successful referral.
Mortgage Advisor Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients
• Helping clients secure the most suitable mortgage products, tailored to their financial circumstances.
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility
• Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders
• Keep up to date with new mortgage products and changes in mortgage regulation
• Follow strict industry rules and guidelines and ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice
• Maintain clear communication between the support, administration, and protection teams

The Mortgage Advisor Package

• 4 day working week
• Hybrid
• Basic Salary: £30k - £35k
• Commission: £7.5k per month then 20%
• Leads provided
• Pre-qualified appointments booked in
• Administration support post application
• 10% Kick back for successful protection referrals

Mortgage Advisor desired skills and experience

• CeMap Qualified
• Minimum 12 month experience as a Mortgage Advisor
• Prove track record of Mortgage sales experience
• Able to adapt to clients requirements
• Able to build rapport quickly and create lasting relationships
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability & knowledge to work Autonomously
