This role is for those who are looking to join a growing and successful business in their expansion across the UK. They are looking to expand nationwide by taking on experienced brokers across England/Wales. Working with this business you will start their new office in your location and they will provide you with a £30k salary, a high commission rate, a minimum of 20 pre qualified leads a month and full administration support. You will even have a say over what office space they look to set up for you. Long term you will look at taking on further brokers and administrators, and if you want you can take over that arm of the business.

The Business

They are a very well established firm and amongst the best reviewed brokerages in the UK. From the director starting in his spare room, they now operate all over the North of England which around 60 brokers working with them. Their main aim is client satisfaction and helping them in the best and most efficient way possible. This ethos is what has led to such high client reviews. They operate on a fee free model and are entirely whole of market.

The Role

This role will see you providing advice to pre qualified customers booked into your diary throughout the week. The firm has a strong focus on protection so they can provide their customers with a mortgage, and the means to protect it should the worst happen. You'll be supported by a case manager who will support all of your administration needs, giving you more time to speak with clients. The advice you give will be a combination of face to face as well as over the phone. You have all the support you will need, it's then down to you to speak with clients and advise them with the best of your ability!
