Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and needs to determine the most suitable mortgage products for them
• Provide expert advice on mortgage options, eligibility requirements, and terms and conditions
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering necessary documentation
• Work closely with lenders to negotiate competitive mortgage rates and terms on behalf of clients
• Keep up-to-date on market trends, interest rates, and industry regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from application to closing, and address any questions or concerns they may have
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
